• Direct and manage the operations and activities of the Asphalt Plant team to ensure all activities comply with Company policies and procedures.
• Update equipment status, plan plant repairs and maintenance, identify inefficiencies in processes and make improvements.
• Be the point of contact for plants for any operational issues, incidents and mandatory follow-up actions
• Develop relationships with plant teams to ensure all requirements are met and proactively engage them.
• Monitor results within budgets and achieve efficiency and productivity.
• Manage and maximize utilization of existing Company equipment/asset fleet.
• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory level technical experience in Asphalt Plants
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good knowledge of computer systems
• Possess an optimistic and 'can do' attitude.
