Job Description
As an Asphalt Plant Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance of an asphalt plant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the plant operates efficiently and meets production targets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the asphalt plant, including scheduling and coordinating production activities.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of asphalt produced, ensuring it meets the required specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during production, such as equipment malfunctions or material shortages.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all plant personnel.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, including material usage, production rates, and downtime.
Preferred Candidates:
- Experience in operating and maintaining an asphalt plant.
- Strong knowledge of asphalt production processes and equipment.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
