Job Context: working as an Area Sales In ChargeYou will be responsible for managing and supervising all sales operations within the Jubail Area, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and strategic company objectives.
Key AccountabilitiesThe position involves:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets within your area.
- Building and maintaining a strong customer base, ensuring excellent service and support.
- Leading, motivating, and managing the sales team to achieve set objectives.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Establishing and maintaining productive relationships with key industry players and stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.
- Reporting on sales results and market conditions to senior management.
- Driving continuous improvement through feedback and performance analysis.
- Engaging in networking to enhance the branch’s presence and reputation.
Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe are Looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in sales management.
- Previous Experience in the fields of fire & safety, industrial tools, building materials, oil & gas supplies, or related sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive a sales team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Results-oriented with a strategic approach to achieving sales objectives.
- Knowledgeable about the local market, customer base, and competitors.
