The Area Manager responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple restaurant locations and ensures that each establishment upholds the highest standards of food quality, safety, and brand compliance while driving financial performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities
- Recruit, train, and lead managers and staff while fostering a positive work environment.
- Monitor financial performance, optimize costs, and implement strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Enhance customer satisfaction through exceptional service and prompt issue resolution.
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives and ensure consistent brand representation.
- Prepare operational and financial reports, using insights to drive improvements.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Above 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in sushi restaurants.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication abilities.
- Proven expertise in restaurant operations and financial management.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and sushi preparation (preferred).
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management tools.
- Marketing experience and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
