The Area Fitness Manager is responsible for overseeing the fitness operations across multiple branches of V Fitness Club in Riyadh. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality fitness programs, maintains consistency in service standards, and supports the development of fitness staff. The Area Fitness Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing member satisfaction and achieving fitness department goals.

Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Kinesiology, or a related field.
  • Certification from a recognized fitness organization
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a multi-site fitness management role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively manage multiple teams.
  • Passion for health, fitness, and sustainability.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing fitness programs across multiple locations.
  • Proficiency in using fitness management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of sustainable fitness practices and initiatives.
