Architecture Manager (Saudi Arabia)

The Architecture Manager will lead architectural projects and manage a team of architects and designers, ensuring that all designs meet client specifications, industry standards, and project deadlines. You will be responsible for overseeing design quality and coordinating with other departments to deliver comprehensive solutions that address client needs.

Knowledge

• Asset optimization in compliance with applicable codes and standards.
• Knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and other applicable codes and standards and authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Conversant with LEED sustainability design principles and requirements.
• General knowledge and orientation in the latest trends in engineering and technology and best practice.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 Suite, SAP, Aconex, Autodesk, and other frequently used computer software.
• Knowledge of BIM authoring/viewing/reviewing tools, and the latest 3D geometrical and analysis software packages such as Grasshopper, Rhino, Sketch-up, etc.
