As a Civil Architectural Inspector, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and compliance of architectural projects, adhering to industry standards and regulations. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will contribute to the success of our projects.Responsibilities:Conduct thorough inspections of civil architectural projects to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and regulatory requirements.Review architectural plans, drawings, and blueprints to identify potential issues or discrepancies.Monitor construction progress and quality of workmanship, identifying any deviations from approved plans or specifications.Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and construction teams to address and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during construction.Document inspection findings, prepare detailed reports, and maintain accurate records of inspections and project documentation.Provide guidance and support to construction teams regarding best practices, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.Conduct site visits and inspections at various stages of construction, ensuring adherence to project schedules and deadlines.Participate in meetings and discussions with stakeholders to communicate project updates, recommendations, and resolutions.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.Proven experience working as a Civil Architectural Inspector or similar role in the construction industry.In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to civil architecture.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.Proficiency in using inspection tools, equipment, and software applications.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Flexibility to travel to project sites and work occasional evenings or weekends, as needed.Why choose AtkinsRéalis.Your difference makes a difference.
