Job Description
As an Architectural Engineer at Agility, you will be directly involved in the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects, ensuring that they are functional, safe, and sustainable. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to create innovative solutions that meet both client requirements and building codes.
Your Responsibilities
Design & Development
- Develop architectural concepts and design solutions.
- Utilize AutoCAD for precise technical drawings and Revit for 3D modeling and visualization.
- Prepare architectural drawings and specifications.
- Conduct site visits and surveys.
- Perform structural, building systems, and energy analysis.
- Coordinate with other disciplines, such as structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers.
- Develop conceptual sketches and detailed designs for warehouses, ensuring adherence to company standards and client requirements.
Construction Documentation
- Prepare construction drawings and specifications.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Maintain accurate documentation and data management using Excel.
- Conduct site inspections and provide construction administration support.
- Resolve construction issues and prepare change orders.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes.
Client Coordination
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Create general estimations and layouts for empty lands, focusing on optimizing warehouse construction and design.
- Collaborate with the civil engineering team to integrate architectural designs with structural, mechanical, and electrical plans.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within deadlines and budgets
- Present design options and receive feedback.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues.
Project Management
- Manage the design and documentation process for assigned projects.
- Prepare and present project proposals, plans, and progress reports.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct site evaluations, including analyzing road elevations and proposing rearrangements to enhance access and efficiency.
