Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architect Engineer to join our growing team in Riyadh. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a variety of construction projects from design documentation to on-site execution. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, capable of working independently and collaboratively, and possess a solid understanding of architectural and engineering principles.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and revise shop drawings to ensure accurate and constructible designs.
  • Develop and update as-built drawings to reflect final site conditions.
  • Manage and oversee architectural and engineering aspects of site work, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders on technical matters.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.
  • Contribute to the design development process under the guidance of senior architects and engineers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during construction.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation.


Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field.
  • 0 to 10 years of practical experience in architectural engineering within the construction industry.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of shop drawing processes and as-built documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and oversee site work effectively.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be eligible to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  • Project management skills.
