This is a full-time on-site role for an Appointment Coordinator at Centriq Medical Company in Riyadh. The Appointment Coordinator will be responsible for managing appointments, scheduling, coordinating with patients and staff, and ensuring a smooth operational flow within the clinics. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate records and providing exceptional customer service.

• Experience in appointment scheduling and coordination
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Proven ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using scheduling software or tools
• Customer service experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
