Job Description

provides technical support regarding a spectrum of software used within business sector
responsible for database management
responsible on the programing end of an application
knowledge of different operating systems, and different programming languages
dentifying and Evaluate Technology Solutions to improve business performance and strategy
Knowledge of complex problem-solving & Troubleshoot skills to brainstorm software solutions
Finding the root cause of an application malfunction, Identify Potential Issues
1formulates a plan to address the issue & dictates said plan
Foresight, anticipate and address potential issues before they become issues
Work with Cross-Functional Teams .
Working knowledge of SQL Databases & basic network configuration
Working Knowledge of IT Hardware and Software .
Complex problem solving,
Ability to diagnose & address application issues
AMP field operation and troubleshooting remotely and onsite 24 X 7

Skills
