Job Description
We are working with a leading Medical Device company who are actively hiring a Service & Application Specialist for their Riyadh office.
The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Responsible for delivering pre-sales and marketing support, customer training, and setting up applications for the Company’s products.
- Provide application-related services.
- Provide software, technical, and application support to clients.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Conduct on-site method development and provide customised application training for new instrument sales.
- Develop new training programs related to the introduction of new products or applications.
- Provide feedback on product development.
- Assist in developing technical and application notes for clients and sales support.
- Support in development by researching competitive instruments and developing competitive strategies.
- Salary: SAR 10-13K
Skills
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Lab Technology.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Specialty POCT portfolio in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience in covering both private and government sectors.
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving, and ability to build relationships.
- Must have a valid and transferable work permit.
- Must have a driving license.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
