Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 11 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MariaDB BPMN Modeling Appian RPA Appian AI Appian Solution Development and J2EE. Additionally experience in the Finance & Accounting and Automotive Industry domains is essential. This role requires working from the office during day shifts with occasional travel as needed.
Qualifications
Must have extensive experience in MariaDB BPMN Modeling Appian RPA Appian AI Appian Solution Development and J2EE. Should have a strong background in the Finance & Accounting and Automotive Industry domains. Must possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Must be willing to travel as required for project needs. Should have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with emerging technologies. Must have a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions within deadlines. Should have experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers. Must be detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of quality. Should have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Must be adaptable and open to taking on new challenges. Should have a strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements. Must be committed to contributing to the company's success and making a positive impact on society.
