Job Description

  • Lead and manage the Accounts Payable team to ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
  • Coordinate with various departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate vendor transactions.
  • Oversee month-end closing procedures and ensure all AP-related entries are accurately recorded.
  • Prepare and analyze AP reports to ensure compliance with internal policies and financial regulations.

Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Senior AP Accountant.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems and at least SOCPA Membership.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounts payable processes and financial regulations.
