Job Purpose

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the Technical and Engineering Department, ensuring that all aspects are organized, coordinated, and completed in a timely manner. This position requires a strong understanding of Windows & Doors, Structural Glazing Systems Conventional Curtain Wall Systems, Aluminium Wall Cladding Systems and Louvers., excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Key Accountability Areas

• Preparing shop drawings and Fabrication Drawings and Cutting Lists.
• Preparing Material Take off Work Order.
• Prepare As built drawing.
• Designing and Detailing of Facade Curtain Wall and window for Buildings.
• Capable to handle software for Curtain wall, Doors & Window, which commonly used for Cutting List, Optimization, and Material take off.
• Familiar in International and Local Systems for Aluminium Façades, Windows and Doors.
• Evaluate and implement process improvements.

Role Accountability

• Excellent in 2D and 3D Auto CAD.
• Excellent in Revit software.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
