Job Description
- Service Agreement Development:
- Design and prepare comprehensive service agreements that include defined KPIs and incentive plans, based on collaborative discussions with service partners and aligned with regional strategy.
- Service Strategy & Network Support:
- Guide service partners in creating market-aligned service strategies.
- Assist in designing and establishing robust service networks and spare parts distribution channels to achieve service performance targets.
- Pricing & Market Analysis:
- Collaborate with the price manager to define competitive spare parts pricing, leveraging market insights and partner feedback.
- Support service partners in spare parts price management to ensure market relevance.
- Service Marketing & Innovation:
- Drive service marketing initiatives, supported by C-budget allocation and Bosch marketing expertise.
- Encourage innovation by helping service partners develop new service solutions tailored to local user needs.
- Inventory & Logistics Management:
- Assist service partners in building and maintaining adequate spare parts stock to meet market demands.
- Oversee logistics processes to ensure timely spare parts order fulfillment.
- Performance Monitoring & User Satisfaction:
- Regularly track service partners' service performance to maintain high levels of user satisfaction.
- Address warranty and product quality concerns as well as service-related complaints effectively.
- Training & Development:
- Organize technical training programs for service partners and their teams to enhance technical proficiency.
- Digital Transformation:
- Implement new digital tools to elevate service delivery in the market.
- Budget & P&L Management:
- Take full ownership of turnover, P&L, and C-budget management within the responsible region.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in service operations or a related technical field.
- Technical knowledge of power tools is a plus.
- Effective communication and relationship-building abilities
- Readiness for up to 50% travel time
- Minimum 3 years of experience in After Sales Service
- Bachelor degree in (international) business or engineering
