Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Affiliate Sales & Business Development Executive to grow our affiliate program. This role combines sales, business development, and relationship management to identify, negotiate, and secure strategic affiliate partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, client acquisition, and revenue generation, with an interest in affiliate marketing and digital partnerships.

Affiliate Sales & Business Development:

Identify and reach out to potential affiliate partners, pitching the company's products/services

  1. Negotiate affiliate agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, ensuring long-term success
  3. Close deals with new affiliates while ensuring they align with the company's brand and target audience

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

  1. Track and analyze affiliate sales performance, optimizing strategies to maximize revenue.
  2. Use data-driven insights to improve partner engagement and sales conversions.
  3. Regularly report on sales performance, affiliate growth, and market trends to management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  1. Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure affiliates receive the right materials and support.
  2. Align sales strategies with company goals and ensure smooth communication between teams.
  3. Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure agreements meet industry regulations.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

  1. Research industry trends, competitor programs, and new affiliate opportunities.
  2. Identify innovative ways to improve sales performance and partnership effectiveness.

Budget & Revenue Management:

  1. Manage the affiliate program budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  2. Set and achieve sales targets through affiliate partnerships and performance-based models.
