Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service.
Lead, train, and manage a team of medical and administrative staff to deliver excellent patient care.
Monitor and improve patient experience, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, safety protocols, and industry standards.
Develop and implement business strategies to increase patient retention and revenue growth.
Maintain financial oversight, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue targets.
Manage inventory, ensuring the availability of necessary medical and aesthetic supplies.
Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract and retain clients.
Foster strong relationships with patients, staff, and external partners.
Implement and maintain clinic policies and procedures for optimal efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in clinic or healthcare management, preferably in an aesthetics setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Ability to manage budgets, financial reports, and operational costs effectively.
Proficiency in clinic management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience managing an aesthetics, dermatology, or wellness clinic.
Knowledge of aesthetic procedures and treatments.
Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
