Key Responsibilities:

Take charge of the admissions process, guiding prospective students and ensuring a streamlined and welcoming experience. - Enrolment Coordination:
Oversee all enrolment procedures and required documentation, ensuring accuracy and a seamless process for new students. - Onboarding Programs:
Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to help new students adapt to academic life, making their transition smooth and enjoyable. - Student Guidance and Support:
Offer personalized support to students during their admissions and enrolment stages, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. - Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Work closely with academic and administrative departments to ensure a cohesive student entry experience. - Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of student admissions and enrolment data for reliable reporting and continuous improvement. - Campus Tours and Information Sessions:
Conduct engaging tours and information sessions for prospective students and families, helping them understand the value and opportunities the institution offers. - Inquiry Response:
Serve as a key contact for inquiries about programs and services, providing clear and helpful information to prospective students.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Higher Education Administration, Student Affairs, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in admissions, enrolment management, or student onboarding within a higher education setting.
- Strong understanding of student recruitment, application, and enrolment processes.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A detail-oriented and approachable personality, dedicated to providing students with a positive and supportive experience.
