Industrial Complex, Riyadh
The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.
Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.
The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.
Job Purpose
This position exists to perform buildings of related administrative tasks efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.
Key Accountability Areas
Visitor Management and Reception:
- Welcome and coordinate visitors in reception area.
Meeting Room Management:
- Ensure meeting rooms are prepared and schedule is managed.
- Maintain meeting rooms as per standards.
Facility Maintenance:
- Secure non-working areas.
- Monitor housekeeping and hospitality resources.
- Manage office keys and perform routine building checks.
- Report maintenance issues.
Correspondence and Administrative Support:
- Handle correspondence and maintain records.
- Provide fax service and request materials.
- Manage employee punch machine records.
- Address disturbances and support building services.
Furniture Management:
- Tag and track furniture assets.
- Conduct inventory and report discrepancies.
- Coordinate furniture maintenance or disposal.
- Manage asset transfers and fulfill furniture requests.

- Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
