Job Description

  1. Job PurposeThe main purpose of the Admin Assistant‘s job is to provide ESEC’s end users administrative services in an efficient and timely manner
  2. . Principal AccountabilitiesFunctional Provide basic administrative and clerical services to ensure effective and efficient administrative operations Perform data input Scan documents Sort and distribute mail Receive and, where applicable, answer departmental e-mails Operate a fax machine as applicable Perform organized filing Handle reception duties Perform typing and dictation Provide effective support to direct supervisor (typically a secretary or site manager / department manager)
  3.  Knowledge, Skills, Competencies and Experience Diploma in a related field Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Good command of English and preferably Arabic too Ability to maintain confidentiality Proficient typing skillsCompetencies A robust collaborator and team players Delivery-oriented attitude Good written and oral communication skills
