1 . collect and document certain strategies, plans, and programs.
2 . Participate in on-the-ground information gathering activities (such as administrating surveys, facilitating focus groups, conducting interviews), compile and summarize collected information.
3 . Arrange logistics (e.g. setting up meetings, arranging venues, scheduling calls) for stakeholder management related activities.
4 . Ensure that daily mail/ deliveries reach appropriate receivers.
5 . Arrange and coordinate interview schedules, communicate with applicants and escort applicants to interviews.
6 . Support the coordination of project status tracking activities.
7 . Assist in the project deliverable, milestone and takes scheduling activities.
8 . Retrieve records from NWC's project library based on approved requests.
9 . Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation.
10 . Maintain and update all company documents such visas, work permits, iqamas, etc.
11 . Maintain management's calendar and coordinate meeting schedules and track appointments.
12 . Carry out any other tasks requested by the direct manager or the superior that are within the limits of the job, provided that this task does not make a fundamental difference in the basic tasks of the job
13 . Ability to speak and write in English .
