Administrative Support:
• Assist the Director in managing daily schedules, appointments, and meetings,
• Handle incoming communication (emails, calls, letters) and prioritize tasks accordingly,
• Prepare and manage necessary documents, reports, and presentations,
• Maintain and organized filing system for digital documents,
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion. Office Management
• Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring their availability and functionality,
• Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and upgrades as needed, Communication and Coordination
• Facilitate effective communication between the Director and various departments,
• Organize and schedule departmental meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items,
• Assist in creating and distributing internal communications. Travel and Event Coordination • Arrange travel arrangements for the Director and other staff members as necessary,
• Coordinate company events, conferences, and workshops

Any other mandatory details
Knowledge:
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field. However, equivalent experience in administrative role is preferred.
