Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Report Preparation & Presentation:
    • Develop comprehensive administrative reports and present them to senior management.
    • Use advanced PowerPoint skills to create visually appealing and effective presentations.
  • KPI Development:
    • Design and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Administration Department.
    • Monitor and analyze KPI performance and suggest improvements.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Perform in-depth data analysis to support administrative decisions.
    • Utilize Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports for various stakeholders.
    • Write and maintain code for data processing and analysis as needed.
  • Excel & Coding Expertise:
    • Use advanced Excel functions and coding (e.g., VBA, Python) to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Communication & Collaboration:
    • Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or analytical role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and coding languages (e.g., VBA, Python).
  • Strong experience with Power BI and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Strong command of both English and Arabic languages, both written and spoken.
  • Proven ability to create and manage KPIs in a professional setting.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
