Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and reliable Saudi National to join our team as an Admin Staff member. This role requires strong administrative skills, the ability to multitask, and an excellent level of communication. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to handle office-related tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and provide administrative support.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining office calendars.
- Prepare and maintain office documents, records, and filing systems.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including maintaining records of expenses.
- Assist with preparing reports and presentations as required.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and functional.
- Perform any other office-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Saudi National (Compulsory)
- 2-3 years of administrative experience (not more than 3 years).
- A valid Saudi driving license.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude, with the ability to handle office tasks efficiently.
