Job Description
- Receive all the Emp requests
- Hiring new Emp based on each department's needs
- Flow up the employees contract (AJEER), prepare the attendance, and send it to the finance for payment after the approval
- Searching for the candidates for the job vacancies and contacting them
- Transferring the employees to the company sponsorship
- Preparing the meetings and organizing them, keeping the record, and sending it
- Prepare the leave plan for the management
- Prepare all the settlement (leave – end of contract) in Excel sheet and (JISR) system for the management including submitting all the documents
- Prepare a reward program for the employees
- Making all the projects and maintenance contracts and following them up
- Yearly employee performance
- Updating the monthly incentive sheet
- Enter and update all the management information in (JISR) system
- Evaluate the probation period + issuing the certificate
- Improve & develop (all the documents & company letters)
- Changing the occupation + promotion for the management employees
- Following up with the medical insurance renewal policy and preparing the list
- Payroll and MUDAD system
