ROLE OVERVIEW


Accreditation & Documentation Specialist:



This role is designed for a specialist who will craft high-quality whitepapers and manage documentation essential for ISO and IEEE accreditation. And ensure that all technical documents comply with industry standards while also providing robust administrative support—arranging meetings, organizing documents, and preparing presentations.



ROLE COMPETENCIES & ACTIVITIES


The Accreditation & Documentation Specialist responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:


Technical Documentation & Writing


  • Draft and edit whitepapers, technical reports, and accreditation documents.
  • Ensure all content aligns with industry and regulatory standards.

Accreditation & Standards Compliance


  • Manage the documentation process for ISO and IEEE accreditation.
  • Coordinate with certification bodies and monitor compliance with guidelines.

Organizational & Administrative Support


  • Arrange and maintain documents, schedule meetings, and prepare presentations.
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks to support team efficiency.

Communication & Coordination


  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure clear and effective communication.
  • Organize and document meeting outcomes and action items.

Quality Assurance & Detail Orientation


  • Proofread and edit documents to maintain high quality.
  • Continuously monitor documentation for accuracy and adherence to standards.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS


Knowledge, Skills and Experience


  • 2+ years of experience in stakeholder management, public relations, community engagement, or a related field.
  • Experience in technical documentation, accreditation support, or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated background in technical writing or documentation for accreditation purposes.
  • Proven experience working with ISO/IEEE standards or similar regulatory frameworks.
  • Prior exposure to roles that involve coordinating administrative tasks such as scheduling and document management.
  • Deep understanding of ISO and IEEE standards and accreditation processes.
  • Familiarity with technical writing methodologies and documentation best practices.
  • Awareness of regulatory and industry-specific compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional technical writing and editing skills.
  • Strong administrative abilities with effective time management.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication.
  • Skilled in using document management systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor degree in relevant field.
  • Relevant master’s degree. A PhD degree is a plus.
