Job Description

  • Manage accounts payable and ensure timely payments.
  • Oversee treasury operations and maintain cash flow.
  • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies.
  • Prepare and analyze cash flow forecasts.
  • Liaise with banks to manage facilities and transactions.
  • Supervise the accounts receivable team and collections.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reporting.
  • Develop and enforce credit policies.
  • Optimize the receivables process to improve cash flow.
  • Monitor customer accounts to minimize overdue payments.
  • Resolve disputes and discrepancies related to receivables.

Skills

  • A bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • Experience in the FMCG or water sector.
