       !!! REQUIRED ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE EXECUTIVE FOR SAUDI ARABIA!!!

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and organized Accounts Receivable Officer to join our finance team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s accounts receivable function, ensuring timely invoicing, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role is key to ensuring the financial health of the organization by managing outstanding customer balances and providing detailed reporting.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Invoice Management: Issue invoices to clients and customers accurately and in a timely manner based on agreements and contracts.
  • Collection Management: Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up with customers on overdue payments, ensuring timely collections.
  • Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation of customer accounts to ensure accuracy of payments, deposits, and outstanding balances.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate effectively with customers to resolve payment discrepancies, answer questions, and negotiate payment terms where necessary.
  • Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accounts receivable aging reports, providing management with updates on overdue accounts.
  • Payment Processing: Record and process customer payments, including bank transfers, checks, and credit card payments. Ensure payments are applied correctly.
  • Credit Management: Evaluate new and existing customer credit limits, making recommendations to the management team.
  • Dispute Resolution: Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to resolve customer disputes and ensure timely payment.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian VAT regulations and other relevant local financial laws and regulations.
  • Month-End Closing: Assist in month-end closing procedures by providing accurate AR data and reconciling the accounts receivable ledger.
  • Support Audits: Provide necessary information and support during internal and external audits.

Requirements:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or finance roles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in accounting software (such as SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle complex customer queries and payment issues.
  • Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of Local Regulations: Familiarity with Saudi Arabia’s financial regulations, including VAT and tax laws, is essential.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and liaise with other departments.
