Accounts Payable Executive, Riyadh (Consumer Electronics)

Our client is a renowned leader in the Consumer Electronics industry, committed to enhancing lives worldwide through innovative design and exceptional quality. As they continue to grow and innovate, they are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Executive to join their dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

1. Document Checking: Perform document checks and journal entries in SAP.
2. Invoice Management: Receive invoices from vendors and customers, coordinating with relevant departments for processing.
3. Petty Cash Claims: Check and book petty cash claims accurately.
4. Payment Arrangements: Arrange payments to vendors and group companies on the 10th and 25th of each month.
5. Tax Payments: Ensure timely payment of various taxes, including VAT, Withholding Tax, and Corporate Tax.
6. Tax Preparation: Prepare tax payments, including calculations and necessary workings.
7. Fixed Asset Control: Manage fixed assets, including conducting semi-annual physical counts.
8. Lease Asset Management: Oversee lease assets, including reporting, creation, and cancellation.
9. Insurance Coverage: Ensure all assets and office premises have adequate insurance coverage.
10. Month-End Support: Assist the Finance Manager with month-end closing entries, including accruals, provisions, and prepayments.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in SAP is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
