Role Overview
We are searching for a motivated Accounts Assistant who is an excellent multitasker with exceptional communication and time management skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Reconcile the Purchase order with the Invoice and address any discrepancies
- Record the Supplier Invoices and update expense reports
- Keep a track of the pending Invoicing for which receiving is done and follow up on the Invoices
- Providing support to the Accounting Department
- Handle communication between the organization and Vendors
- reconcilei the statement of accounts of each supplier in order to process the payment
- Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Proficiency with computers, MS Office and bookkeeping software
- Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to working efficiently and accurately with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles
- Professional manner and a strong ethical code
- Attention to detail
