Job Description

1. Financial Management:

  • Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Oversee cash flow management and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting:

  • Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with senior management.
  • Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide variance analysis.

3.Compliance and Auditing:

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards ,Zkat and tax regulations.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and address any findings.
  • Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and implement necessary adjustments.

4.Team Leadership:

  • Manage and mentor the accounting team to ensure high performance.
  • Assign tasks, set goals, and evaluate team members’ performance.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for staff.

5.System Management:

  • Implement and maintain accounting systems and software.
  • Ensure integration between financial systems and other business tools

6.Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with leadership to create long-term financial strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.
