Job Accountabilities


Prepare and Update Sales Invoices , Reviewing Timesheets and performs reconciliations,
Assist with reviewing of expense reports, supplier invoices in order to bill to client as per the contract terms.
Co-ordinate with Internal and External clients for invoicing and resolving queries.
Reviewing contract terms, and preparing invoices accordingly to client.
Analysis of Costs and Revenue for the assigned projects.
Monitoring and following up of receivables for payments and get apply the received payments against the invoices.
Co-ordinate with Project Controls , Project Managers of the company and clients.
Able to reconcile any/all accounts independently. Specifically Invoicing vs Revenue and identify the variances for fix.
Assisting in Audits and preparation of reports requested by PMs or Supervisors.
Employ problem-solving skills and analysis, and report problems to reporting Manager..
Should be proactive and ability to work well with all under deadline and respond to changes in priorities.
Good written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of accounting standards, handling audits and following group policies and procedures
Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities and see projects through to completion and close the projects.


Bachelors degree in relevant field
Relevant industry experience
