We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in the Financial Services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and performing general accounting duties. The Accountant will also be involved in analyzing financial information and assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities.
Responsibilities:
Manage financial records and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded
Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
Analyze financial information to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
Assist with tax preparation and compliance activities
Support the finance team with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proven work experience as an Accountant (1-3 years)
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
