On behalf of our client, we are looking for Account Specialist to join their company.Job Summary:The Job holder is responsible for creating long-term, trusting relationships with our clients as well as to oversee a portfolio of assigned clients. Job Description:
Act and serve as the lead point of contact for client account management matters.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships and represent Areeb in a highly professional manner. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and prepare reports on account status.
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Generate sales among client accounts, including upsetting and cross-selling.
Maintain client satisfaction and ensure to meet the maximum of the satisfaction rate.
Assist and collaborate with Transition team and follow up with them to ensure the project has been delivered as per the plan. Prepare reports that include billing, deal closing, etc.
Ensure building and maintaining effective relationships between Areeb's departments to reflect effective collaboration.
Maintain confidentiality in all matters related to work and information.
Perform any other duties assigned to him/her related to the nature of the work.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
Preferably 1 year of experience in account management or any relevant field.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
Preferably Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
