The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a digital/social media expert with a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital strategies/campaigns. You will be responsible for managing social media content, engaging audiences, and growing our online presence across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Development & Strategy:
- Develop engaging and innovative content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging channels.
- Create and implement social media strategies and campaigns that align with overall marketing objectives.
- Propose new ideas and concepts to enhance social media presence and audience interaction.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Community Management & Engagement:
- Manage social media communities, respond to comments and inquiries, and foster a positive online environment.
- Increase audience engagement and participation through interactive content and activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and online communities.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze key social media metrics, including audience demographics, engagement rates, and campaign performance.
- Prepare monthly reports on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Utilize social media analytics to optimize content strategy and maximize ROI.
- Project Management:
- Develop and manage content calendars, ensuring a consistent stream of engaging content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media budgets and resources effectively.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Cover events and create social media content around them.
- Assist with ad-hoc assignments and reporting as requested by the Direct Manager.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in a digital marketing or social media role.
- Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Some travel may be required.
- Must be willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
