Job Description

The Role:


 We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a digital/social media expert with a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital strategies/campaigns. You will be responsible for managing social media content, engaging audiences, and growing our online presence across various platforms.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Content Development & Strategy:
    • Develop engaging and innovative content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging channels.
    • Create and implement social media strategies and campaigns that align with overall marketing objectives.
    • Propose new ideas and concepts to enhance social media presence and audience interaction.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Community Management & Engagement:
    • Manage social media communities, respond to comments and inquiries, and foster a positive online environment.
    • Increase audience engagement and participation through interactive content and activities.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and online communities.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Track and analyze key social media metrics, including audience demographics, engagement rates, and campaign performance.
    • Prepare monthly reports on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Utilize social media analytics to optimize content strategy and maximize ROI.
  • Project Management:
    • Develop and manage content calendars, ensuring a consistent stream of engaging content.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
    • Manage social media budgets and resources effectively.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Cover events and create social media content around them.
    • Assist with ad-hoc assignments and reporting as requested by the Direct Manager.

Requirements:


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in a digital marketing or social media role.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
    • Proficiency in social media analytics tools.
    • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
    • Some travel may be required.
    • Must be willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
