Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth.


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing day-to-day client interactions and fostering long-term relationships
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize client retention and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients
  • Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs, address concerns, and identify new business opportunities
  • Analyze client data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for account growth
  • Negotiate contracts and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and account status in the CRM system
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned accounts
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients
  • Participate in cross-functional team meetings to align account strategies with overall business objectives

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in account management, client relations, or a similar role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and client retention goals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to handle complex client situations
  • Strategic thinking abilities to develop and implement account growth plans
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the region as required
