About the job Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team at a leading digital agency in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate will be a Saudi national with a background in managing client relationships, overseeing digital campaigns, and driving client satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle multiple accounts within a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the main point of contact between the agency and clients, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, overseeing digital marketing campaigns, project timelines, and deliverables
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, media, and strategy, to ensure client objectives are met
  • Conduct regular client meetings to provide updates on campaign performance, discuss new strategies, and gather feedback
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell additional services to clients, helping to grow the accounts
  • Prepare and present performance reports and recommendations for campaign optimization
  • Handle client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, and advertising to provide strategic insights to clients

Requirements:


  • Must be a Saudi national
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably within a digital agency
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and advertising strategies
  • Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure
  • Familiarity with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) is a plus
