Account Manager

We are seeking an account manager to join our team. You will be in charge of prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales. Account manager duties will include maintaining existing accounts, developing new accounts, and coordinating with the sales team. A successful account manager should have excellent communication and relationship-building skills and the ability to work independently with minimum supervision. + Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
+ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
+ Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
+ Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
+ Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
+ Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
+ Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
+ Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
+ Prepare reports on account status
+ Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
+ Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Requirements and Qualifications



+ Bachelor’s degree
+ A proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience selling ERP software solutions
+ High level of energy, drive, intellect, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment; including the ability to work in a high-pressure
+ Self-motivated to expand personal professional knowledge of product and selling skills, and pursue high-performance achievement
