Summary of Job Post
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) are a plus but not mandatory.
Experience:
- 3-5+ years of experience in account management or sales within the IT industry.
- Proven ability to manage enterprise accounts and exceed sales targets.
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with IT solutions (cloud, cybersecurity, networking).
- Experience using CRM software and data analytics tools.
Certifications (Preferred):
- AWS, Cisco, Microsoft, or relevant sales certifications.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Technical Skills:
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, software systems, and managed services.
- Familiar with common IT frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Data analysis skills for interpreting sales trends and client usage metrics.
Sales and Business Acumen:
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to upsell or cross-sell IT solutions effectively.
- Excellent financial acumen for managing budgets, pricing, and ROI calculations.
Interpersonal and Communication Skills:
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic, for presenting solutions, creating proposals, and maintaining client documentation.
Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking:
- Ability to assess clients' Business and IT challenges and recommend solutions that align with their business goals.
- Strategic thinking to identify growth opportunities within accounts.
Project Management:
- Basic knowledge of project management principles is a plus, to ensure solutions are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
Experience
Industry Experience:
- 3-5+ years in sales, business development, or account management role with an IT solutions provider or technology company.
- Experience in managing accounts for mid-sized to enterprise-level clients.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Technical Experience:
- Direct experience in selling IT solutions such as Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, cloud computing, managed IT services, network security, and software solutions.
- Familiarity with vendor and partner ecosystems (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, Huawei, etc…)
Client Relationship Management:
- Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of accounts, with success in client retention and revenue growth.
- Experience in collaborating with internal technical teams to deliver customized IT solutions.
Industry Knowledge:
- Understanding of IT trends, such as digital transformation, hybrid cloud environments, and emerging cybersecurity threats…
