We are in the process of recruiting an Account Management Specialist to join our team in Riyadh.
Job Summary
The Job holder is responsible for building and
maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring seamless service
coordination, and delivering the best services. The role focuses on client
engagement, service delivery, and account expansion, while also assisting in
performance tracking and internal coordination.
Responsibilities
Business Development & Growth
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities to enhance account value.
- Provide insights on client needs and potential service expansions.
- Monitor market trends and client requirements to recommend business improvements.
- Assist in developing new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
- Assist in preparing and submitting proposals, invoices, and account updates.
Client Relationship & Account Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients and represent Areeb in a highly professional manner.
- Assist in challenging client requests, resolving client concerns, escalations, and service-related issues.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of company solutions in line with client expectations.
- Track client satisfaction levels and implement measures for improvement.
Internal Collaboration & Service Coordination
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure clear and effective communication.
- Ensure that client records, contracts, and service updates are accurately maintained.
- Assist in ensuring that projects are executed as per contract terms and service level agreements (SLAs).
Reporting & Compliance
- Generate monthly and quarterly reports on account performance and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications, contract renewals, and service changes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client agreements, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in performance data analysis to support departmental goals.
Professionalism & Confidentiality
- Maintain confidentiality in all matters related to work and information.
- Perform any other duties assigned to him/her related to the nature of the work.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s
degree in Business Administrationor any related field.

Experience
& Skills- Preferably 1 year of experience in account management or any relevant field
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Preferably Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication
