Job Description

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and relationship-driven Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with existing clients. This role focuses on enhancing client satisfaction, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring long-term customer success. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to client management, and a passion for delivering tailored SaaS solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Client Relationship Management


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients.


  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.


  • Understand client needs, business challenges, and strategic objectives to drive value.


Retention and Growth


  • Develop strategies to maximize client retention and satisfaction.


  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand service utilization.


  • Collaborate with clients to uncover new use cases and growth potential.


Customer Success and Support Coordination


  • Work closely with customer success teams to ensure smooth ongoing support.


  • Proactively address issues and ensure prompt resolution to enhance the client experience.


  • Regularly monitor and report on account health, usage patterns, and feedback.


Product Knowledge and Insights


  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s SaaS platform and feature updates.


  • Provide insights and recommendations to help clients optimize their usage and achieve goals.


  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to strengthen positioning.


Collaboration and Reporting


  • Partner with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align solutions with client needs.


  • Utilize CRM tools to manage client interactions, track activities, and report on performance metrics.


  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and service delivery.



Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • 1 - 3 years of experience in account management or client success, preferably in SaaS or technology solutions.


  • Proven ability to manage and grow existing client relationships, driving retention and upsell.


  • Strong expertise in customer relationship management and proactive client engagement.
