As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by managing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service in the financial services sector.Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationshipsIdentify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand our client baseCollaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for clientsConduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our financial services and solutionsNegotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targetsGather and analyze market intelligence to inform sales strategiesMaintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM systemParticipate in industry events and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clientsStay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edgeProvide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to managementQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related fieldProven sales experience in the financial services industry (preferred)Strong understanding of financial products and servicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM softwareDemonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targetsStrong negotiation and presentation skillsSelf-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentCustomer-focused mindset with a passion for building and maintaining client relationshipsFluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
