Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Account Executive to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by managing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service in the financial services sector.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand our client base
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our financial services and solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Gather and analyze market intelligence to inform sales strategies
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system
- Participate in industry events and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven sales experience in the financial services industry (preferred)
- Strong understanding of financial products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for building and maintaining client relationships
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
