Deliver a project plan from start to finish to take part in brainstorms, be creative, call on any industry knowledge, be able to assist in creating decks and be aware of budgets and feasibilityImplementation – you will be integral to bringing the plans to life, the main point of contact for all suppliers, you will need to write briefs, assist with content creation whilst working as part of an All Agency team and ensuring approvals from all partiesEvaluation and review – you will support in the collation of results and creation of evaluation documents providing point of views and insightsClient / Account ManagementEfficient meeting management, preparation and write up of notes and actionsEffective management of regular project and status meetings with clients (and external agencies where relevant)Effective management of own relationships with suppliers, all agencies, clients and partnersAssistance with content creation, brand merchandise and toolkitsAssistance with financial elements of accounts – budgeting, PO’s, supplier invoicing/cost managementEvent activation – involved in all aspects of the events from venue sourcing, staffing, branding, to creative execution, on-site support and main point of contact for suppliersSelf / Team ManagementPresentation skills (both writing and delivery), internally and to clients / suppliers including use of Microsoft PowerPointUpwardly manage communication and information flow to line manager and account teamDevelop and maintain an understanding of market trends for client’s businessTHE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEEDExperience within a similar role [agency-based] is preferred but not essentialExperience working on large global brands is preferred but not essentialAbility to multi-task; you will be working across a number of activities with tight deadlinesGood communication skills – verbal and writtenCreative thinkingAttention to detailKnowledge of, and passion for, sport is a bonusOpen to feedback from clients and colleaguesWasserman does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, color, religion, age, national origin, marital status, disability, veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other reason prohibited by law in provision of employment opportunities and benefits.
