KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ability to identify business problems that clients are looking to solve and ensure they are understood by team.
- Maintains understanding of the clients’ businesses, priorities, pain points and competitive landscape and helps the team do the same.
- Stays knowledgeable about markets, sectors and channels in which clients operate; uses internal/external resources to address knowledge gaps for self and team.
- Anticipates what’s next; helps clients get ahead of issues and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Identifying potential leads and areas of growth within existing clients as well as broader opportunities from a prospecting perspective
- Counselling clients confidently on communications marketing including PR, digital, social and content creation.
- Overseeing client programmes and driving integrated campaigns.
- Taking responsibility for a portfolio of accounts and managing teams, developing junior team members, and line management responsibilities
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
5-7 years’ experience working with leading agencies.
· Experience working with clients in the XX sector is a plus.
· Experience working in the corporate sector is a must.
· Strong knowledge and experience in putting together communication strategies, tactical planning, and being the client lead.
· Ability to foster strong relations with clients, ultimately ensuring work is complete, delivered on time and earning their trust.
