Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accommodation Officer to join our team. As an Accommodation Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of accommodation facilities, providing excellent customer service to residents, and managing any issues that may arise.


In this role, you will oversee the allocation, maintenance, and day-to-day management of our accommodation facilities. You will liaise with residents, contractors, and suppliers to promptly resolve any maintenance or repair issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing all documentation related to accommodation bookings and agreements.


To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have a strong eye for detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A high level of professionalism and customer service is essential, as you will be representing our organization to residents and stakeholders.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the allocation, maintenance, and overall management of accommodation facilities.
  • Coordinate with residents to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance or repair issues, coordinating with contractors as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accommodation bookings and agreements.
  • Conduct regular inspections of accommodation facilities to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Act as a point of contact for residents, addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Oversee the inventory of accommodation supplies and equipment, ensuring that they are adequately stocked.
