• Responsibility for sales in KSA for Bosch Power Tools Accessories through active development; maintenance & growth of existing authorized vendor (AV) and customers in KSA
• Entrepreneurial sales and profit Responsibility (stronger price realization within the defined corridors; optimization in terms of customer structure and product mix)
• Empowerment (direct budget Responsibility) towards customer.
• Implementation of central marketing activities and strong collaboration with user and retail marketing team
• Systematic follow-up on visits and planning of next steps for the development of direct dealers
• Information gathering about competitors & market trends
• Be close to the user to understand their needs and applications and target to convert the user
• Gain and provide user and market insights (UX) to the central product Area purpose teams for development of regional products / solutions and to marketing for communication development
• Increases numeric and weighted distribution
• Promotes and demonstrates PT Accessories to A20users

• Sales knowledge, negotiation skills, customer orientation
• Analytical thinking and strategic overview
• Market expert for respective country (KSA) / area in Middle East
• Strong adaptation to digitalization, remote working and agile working methods
• Fluent English and Arabic is a must.
