Responsibilities:
Monitor departmental spending within the BU to ensure adherence to set budgets and financial controls across all activities.
Manage and process budget change requests by supporting business case preparation and communicating updates to relevant stakeholders.
Oversee the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay process, ensuring procurement activities comply with organizational standards and optimize resource allocation.
Ensure compliance of international offices with organizational policies, local regulations, and global operational standards.
Supervise contractual agreements and office-related expenses, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and guidelines.
Coordinate and manage special projects within the region, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, resource optimization, and timely execution while addressing country-specific requirements.
Implement and maintain operational frameworks to streamline processes, ensure compliance, and enhance efficiency across the BU.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational excellence and ensure smooth execution of initiatives across the A&E region.
Perform other activities as and when required.
You will need to have:
Recommended not less than 6 years of experience in relevant field
A bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent is preferred
