Job responsibilities:
Select partners and prioritize promotion categories that will best attract visitors from targeted Market Units (MUs) source markets.
Work with MUs to develop clear sales promotion strategies, including requirements for briefing, ROI calculations, and reporting.
Plan a sales promotion schedule across various MUs, ensuring the right activities happen at the right time.
Set and agree on performance targets with partners for each activity, then monitor progress, gather feedback, and report on outcomes.
Negotiate and confirm sales promotions with key trade and non-trade partners.
Plan and carry out targeted campaigns to support sales promotions, in coordination with the relevant MUs.
Design and use frameworks that allow MUs to track promotion and brand KPIs such as share of voice, customer loyalty, market penetration, sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics.
Establish strong working relationships with advertising agencies and other key operators to ensure alignment and support for brand strategies.
Perform other activities as and when required.
You need to have:
Not less than 8 years of experience in tourism, marketing, or any related field.
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Tourism.
