Job responsibilities:
Create a detailed plan with budgets, targets, and calendars to guide commercial activities.
Ensure that market offerings align with the set plan and budget to achieve the defined targets.
Build and grow partnerships with DMCs (Destination Management Companies), airlines, hotels, DMOs (Destination Marketing Organizations), and others to meet MU (Market Units) needs.
Ensure market offerings adhere to agreements across Business Units (BUs) by monitoring and reporting on their performance.
Continuously evaluate and implement improvements to increase ROI and streamline operations in line with regional strategies.
Look for opportunities that support various MU tourism value chains and enhance their offerings.
Redesign and promote products and experiences with trade partners to increase brand equity, sales, and enhance visitor experiences.
Create a plan for communication with key stakeholders, including timelines, content, and a mechanism for feedback.
Ensure a growth strategy is in place for OTAs, wholesalers, and ticket aggregators to meet demand in the market.
Develop frameworks to manage performance, optimize spending, and ensure proper brand application within cooperative agreements.
Perform other activities as and when required.
You need to have:
Recommended not less than 12 years of experience in tourism, marketing, or any related field.
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Tourism.
